Existing Account Specialist & Quote Builder
Work as a key support resource for RSM and TM within a defined geographic region.
· Support RSM/TM deals by building quotes and converting orders in a timely manner.
· Manage small recurring orders from an existing regional book of business.
· Work as part of a high-functioning sales team covering a broad region.
· Prospect and ask probing questions within existing accounts to identify new business opportunities.
· Refer new business opportunities to RSM/TM
· Proactively trigger re-orders and identify upsell/cross-sell leads.
· Provide real-time feedback to RSM/TM with account intel and usage data.
· Triage account issues (Logistics/Finance/Tech Services) in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with CSR team to facilitate RMA, Warranty, or Repair services.
· Capture voice-of-customer insights for product development and marketing.
· Maintain clean CRM data and drive process improvements.
· Maintain ICRA certification for construction within healthcare environments.
Education and Work Experience:
· High school diploma required; 2+ years in account management/operations.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Must be able to interact effectively with other staff members, customers, vendors, suppliers, and affiliates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Pricing structures, ERP/CRM workflows.
· Detail-oriented order processing, proactive client outreach.
· Multitask under deadlines; bridge sales/operations gaps
