Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Fuel Sales Representative to drive new business and manage customer relationships. This role is responsible for prospecting, building, and closing new accounts while maintaining strong ties with existing clients. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience selling to the construction and fueling industries in the Atlanta Market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new commercial, construction, and industrial fuel accounts
Build relationships with contractors, fleet operators, and facility managers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and growth
Work with operations to ensure timely service and customer support
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Prior B2B sales experience preferred (fuel, construction, industrial, or logistics sales a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of the Atlanta market is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ($45,000–$55,000 depending on experience)
Commission structure tied to gross margin, with uncapped earning potential (OTE $90,000–$120,000+)
