Summary The regional account coordinator is dedicated to supporting and tracking sales for an assigned region. This role is essential for maximizing efficiency of resources in the assigned region to reach monthly sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.

Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.

Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.

Provides product demos to qualified customers on request.

Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

Tracks stock levels.

Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm' s production and delivery schedules.

Coordinates customer training.

Builds and maintains customer relationships.

Prepares reports of business transactions.

Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.

Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

Travels to and attends trade shows.

Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory to achieve/exceed sales quotas and goals.

Work closely with outside sales force to insure high customer service, territory coverage and maintain positive distributor relationships

Maintain and grow existing customers in assigned region through inside sales and customer service. Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service.

Provide outside sales force and/or Inside Sales Manager with necessary customer and territory sales reports. Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers.

Create price and availability quotes for inquiries from customers for stock and/or various jobs.

Process and check all incoming sales orders from customers. Track orders as required to insure prompt fulfillment and delivery.

Track customer satisfaction and report any problems directly to Inside Sale & Customer Service Manager.

Monitor all assigned accounts on a weekly basis and report any changes or foreseen problems with reaching sales goals to Inside Sales Manager.

Occasional travel for customer site visits, customer counter days or customer trade shows as required or requested.

Participate in in-house and external training sessions and professional development classes.

Provide support as required to Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager.

Temp to hire. $15-$16/hour as a temp. A raise when they actually start to 18.27/hour + once perm a 20% variable bonus
Joining a young team
4 year College degree in Business/Marketing preferred
Must have WORK related experience in excel (formulas, filtering, etc.) and MS Outlook, Word,
Must have prior B2B sales experience (not retail)
