House-cleaning service company is in need of an English-Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Respond to telephone calls
Follow LMS phone script
Upsell our Services over the phone
Listen to and assess the needs of the caller
Provide information to prospective and existing customers
Schedule estimates
Respond, resolve and follow-up with customer complaints & concerns
Resolve breakage issues up to $100 for repairs & replacements
Follow up on open estimates
Make back marketing phone calls to ask customers to use the service again
Print Customer Notification Call Schedule and make outbound calls

Administrative
Use LMS
Scan and file all estimates
Send thank you notes to unclosed estimates
Maintain estimate files (Open, Regularly Scheduled, Cancelled)
Update route schedule in CCS
Enter/update/maintain customer Master Records in CCS
Take control, document resolve and follow-up with customer complaints
Take control, document resolve and follow-up with customer compliments
Enter Route Activity in CCS
Enter Employee Times in CCS
Run credit card charges and close batch
Validate and Redeem Molly Maid Gift Certificates
Print invoices and maintain Accounts receivable file
Enter customer payments in CCS
Confirm receipt of invoiced services in CCS and Accounts receivable file
Scan and file all employee performance documents (complaints and wows)
Maintain employee contact information in CCS
Load and unload cleaning cloths/mop heads into washer/dryer
Inventory supplies for reorder
Manage incoming email and respond as required
Manage incoming text and respond as required

Employee Administration
Accept employee time off requests
Provide applications to applicants
Review applications for completion
Schedule applicants for interviews
Communicate in Spanish verbally and written text with current employees, applicants, and new hires and resolve issues as needed
Obtain references/documentation for background checks

Needs to be a multi-tasker, adaptable, friendly, disarming, patient.
Good communication skills - speak and write in English/Spanish.
Maturity is important in this role, employee will need to be able maintain composure when dealing with a stressed-out customer or maid.

CRM experience is a plus.
Needs to be comfortable using Excel, Word, Gmail.

Temp to Perm $12/hr, M-F 10AM-6PM.
5 days paid vacation after 1 year, also 401K with 4% match after 1 year, paid holidays after 90 days.
