Pricing Coordinator & Customer Service Representative

Summary: Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Publishes price cards monthly with all active accounts within the first 3 business days of the month.
Maintain and manage all price files in EPICS.
Develops maximum sales potential with assigned customers
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints
Calculates prices, discounts and proposals to meet specific customer requirements
Maintains updated, organized files for all assigned customers, and maintains customer database
Sets up and manages new and existing customer accounts
Processes orders, forms, applications, order confirmations, invoices, credits and other requests
Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions
Analyzes customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications to files
Traces, follows up, and expedites late orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicates and coordinates with internal departments in Malaysia
Updates and maintains quote, order and claim logs
Die Commitment Tracking
Create and update Procedures
Trains new Customer Service Representatives as requested.
Weekly container tracking with updates to CRSs, sales, management and customers.
Quote generation working directly with the factories to quote customers with 1 2 business days for simple quotes and 4 business days for fabrication quotes.
Works closely with factories and sales to provide a weekly quote report to include all open and closed quotes, quoting time for closed quotes and follow up on all completed quotes.
Works closely with factories to provide a weekly open order status to CSR, sales, management and customers. This includes updating Epics to reflect the current factory date and the revised ship date to customers.
Bi-weekly tracking report and update on all approval prints, dies, color samples and extrusion samples in process. Report sent to all CSRs, sales, management and customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Four-year degree referred. Prior customer service and aluminum industry experience helpful.
Salary range is $14 - $19 per hour depending on the experience. It will be 3 months temp to hire, but we are open to direct hire if it s the right fit. Full Benefits when you go perm (Health, Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K)
