Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Location: In-office | Suwanee, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Incentives: Typical monthly bonuses range from $500–$1,500+
Sales or call center experience preferred—or a strong desire to grow in inside sales, a great personality, and a genuine love of talking with customers.
Reports To: Inside Sales Manager
Pre-Employment Screening: Criminal background check, credit check, and drug test required
About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Consultant to join a growing team in Suwanee, GA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term career growth for the right candidate.
In this role, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, consult with prospective and existing customers, and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. You’ll thrive if you enjoy building rapport over the phone, overcoming objections, and delivering a positive customer experience while consistently meeting sales goals.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and text while generating outbound sales opportunities daily
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
Upsell services and confidently overcome objections
Conduct needs analyses to uncover customer challenges and opportunities
Multitask across phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced sales environment
Manage and update customer accounts across multiple systems (CRM/CMS)
Schedule appointments for Outside Sales using internal tools
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Outside Sales teams
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and sales quotas
Return all customer follow-ups (calls, emails, texts, voicemails) within the same business day
Process account cancellations and attempt retention when appropriate
Perform additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior sales or call center experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, friendly phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with CRM or contact management systems is a plus
Compensation & Growth
Hourly pay: $20–$22 to start
Monthly bonuses: Average $500–$1,500+ based on performance
