Commercial Interior Construction Project Coordinator
M-Thurs 730-430, Friday 730-300
Temp to Perm and Benefits when you go perm
$30-35 hr for the correct talent level.
Must have experience: Interior general contracting experience involves overseeing all aspects of commercial interior construction projects, start to finish, including managing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client communication.
Must have great phone skills and communication skills.
Must be okay with making calls to Vendors, follow through with Bids. This is imperative as the projects and bids are time sensitive.
"plugging bids" - estimating and inserting a cost for a missing item in a subcontractor's bid during the bid leveling and evaluation process.
Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office, Email, Word, and Excel (must have the basic concept of Formulas – they will have them programmed but need to know incase something is completed wrong, and will need to fix it)
Dress Code: Casual
Drug tests will be mandatory upon going permanent
Monday 8:00AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch 8 hr day
Tuesday 8:00AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch 8 hr day
Wednesday 7:30AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch 8.5 hr day
Thursday 7:30AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch 8.5 hr day
Friday 7:30AM to 3:00PM with a 30 minute lunch 7 hr day
