We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small-business environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Bilingual would be a plus
Quickbooks Online experience required
Key Responsibilities:
• General ledger maintenance
• Month-end close
• A/P and A/R oversight
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Preparing financial statements
• Assisting with audits, tax filings, and compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized business.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
