Warranty Claims Coordinator to manage inbound warranty requests and support our repair operations team.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and process incoming warranty claims from customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related inquiries.
• Communicate with customers, internal repair teams, and vendors to ensure efficient and accurate claim resolution.
• Review repair findings and supporting documentation to determine warranty eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records and track open claims through to completion.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution, reimbursement, or parts delivery.
• Identify trends or recurring issues in warranty claims and collaborate with internal teams to address root causes.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in warranty processing, claims administration, or service coordination; experience in an industrial or technical service environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and interpret technical documentation and repair reports.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or warranty management systems is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
