Medical Office Assistants. We are specifically looking for a designated floater between Sugar Hill, Cumming, Alpharetta, and Dawsonville. Reporting to one office as needed, not driving in between.

1-3 years working in Front Office Medical/or Back
Scope: Responsible for providing organization and support to assigned provider. Responsible for Patient Clinical Triage and EMR chart documentation, handling all patient phone calls
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scans all paperwork into the EMR once note is completed.
• Return patent phone calls daily.
• Schedule office appointments and procedure appointments.
• Complete tasks from the provider daily, scribe for the physician/nurse practitioner during office appointments.
• Maintains inventory/order and neat desk
• Will perform other duties and tasks as assigned
