Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full order process—from receiving purchase orders (POs) to shipping coordination and invoicing. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires no outside sales; instead, the focus is on internal coordination, customer communication, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment of all orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and manage all shipping paperwork and documentation.
• Create and send invoices as orders are completed.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding order status, updates, and change requests.
• Work closely with the shipping department to ensure all orders are shipped on time.
• Collaborate directly with the department lead to prioritize workload and maintain workflow accuracy.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date order records.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer support.
Qualifications:
• Basic computer proficiency required; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a team-focused environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
This is an entry level position, it is not a remote position they will be required to come into work the hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with 30 minutes to an hour non-paid lunch Monday through Friday starting at $17 an hour.
