Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation.
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership or management experience.
Infection Preventionist Certification required
Strong knowledge of nursing standards, clinical practices, infection prevention, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with MDS, care planning, survey readiness, and interdisciplinary clinical operations preferred.
Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and support a mission-driven care environment.
