Customer Service/Dispatcher
Temp to Hire $19-24 hr.
Up to $24 an hr if someone has Service Titan experience.
The Dispatcher must be able to effectively work with customers, vendors and the company staff. This person is normally the first point of contact with customers and therefore must display a positive image of the company. He or she must be cleanly dressed in a professional manner.
This person is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, scheduling the Service Technicians work and general office support
Service Duties:
2-3 years Dispatch experience
Schedule service calls
Handle service complaints or direct to management
Must be completed the day of complaint
Ensure all service paperwork is correct and accurate
The day following work completion
Maintain Service Contracts
Follow up on existing quotes and general customer service duties.
Office Duties:
Answer phones
Greet customers
General Duties:
Ordering materials as required for service
Manage inventory in POS System
Manage warranty claims
Verify all equipment warranty
