Family Nurse Practitioner
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join us in Gainesville, GA. This isn’t traditional medicine. It’s relationship-based, member-focused, tech-enabled care that’s free from insurance interference. We empower our team to truly partner with our members—to promote health, prevent chronic disease, and practice with purpose.
The Role
Provide Direct Primary Care with longer visits, smaller panels, and clinical autonomy
Engage members to promote wellness, lifestyle change, and chronic disease prevention
Collaborate with a care team and innovative AI tools to support whole-person care
Enjoy a practice free from coding, prior-auths, and productivity quotas
They are going to be in an office with offsite support and easy access to physicians

$100,000–$120,000 base salary + growth-based increases tied to membership

We’re Looking For
Board-certified FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC), licensed in Georgia (or eligible)
3-5 years of experience in primary care or family medicine
Strong communicator with a passion for health promotion and prevention
Spanish-speaking is a big plus (not required)
