Inventory Control Coordinator

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
? Review, audit, and reconcile inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
? Analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and make appropriate corrections.
? Perform calculations involving inventory quantities, weight conversions, material yields, processing adjustments, and costing.
? Verify inventory costs using receiving documents, vendor invoices, and inventory records.
? Audit receiving documentation and compare vendor records against inventory system transactions.
? Process inventory adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
? Manage and maintain inventory-related documentation through DataMagine and inventory management systems.
? Assist with inventory audits, reconciliations, and continuous inventory control improvements.
? Work independently to identify issues, solve problems, and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED required
? 1–2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Manufacturing Administration, Operations Analysis, Accounting, or a related field
? Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform calculations accurately
? Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheet management
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
? Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
? Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
