As Head of Sales (US/LATAM), you will play a pivotal role in developing the vision for the sales team, propelling expansion efforts, and driving the success of our team. The Head of Sales is responsible for leading a team of seasoned sales professionals to consistently achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. The successful candidate will, as needed, hire, train, and coach sales team members and participate in regional and national events to drive awareness of our products.
90-95k + Commission dependent but project around 20k - Could be more if sales goals are exceeded with team
Job Duties:
Coach sales staff in requisite sales skills, sales process, and company best practices through regular 1:1s and monthly sales team meetings
Utilize sales tools (Saleforce, Salesloft) to drive sales efforts and initiatives and report on pipeline and deal progression
Develop sales professionals by establishing a positive team culture that encourages and motivates members to realize their maximum potential
Collaborate with marketing and oversee the regional budget to create a strategic plan for annual events and promotional activity
Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in monthly meetings designed to ensure collaboration, communication, and unified mission across NetSupport’s multiple locations
Proactively manage/monitor regional RFP workload and collaborate with sales teams to drive these efforts
Own the sales process optimization by tracking key sales metrics, analyzing data and processes, and identifying areas for improvement
Travel is required up to 15% of the year
Qualifications:
5+ years in sales, sales enablement, business operations, or a relevant field
Knowledge of sales cycles and best practices for overcoming challenges
Attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
Ability to collaborate with and work across teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills
Experience managing a small team
Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft)
Experience with sales enablement tools(Trainual or similar LMS) and/or learning design knowledge a plus
Understanding of K12/Higher Education market preferred
