What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and mentor a growing customer service team to achieve success.
Oversee daily operations and ensure inquiries & escalations are handled quickly and effectively.
Develop and refine policies and procedures to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to create a seamless customer journey.
Monitor customer feedback & metrics, taking proactive action to improve service.
Resolve escalations with professionalism, turning challenges into stronger relationships.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing department.? What You’ll Bring
5+ years leading a customer service team (industrial/B2B experience preferred).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of optimizing service processes with measurable results.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, service systems, and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
