Office Hours

Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Tuesday: 8:30-4pm

Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Salary Range: $38,000 – $42,000 annually

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including phlebotomy

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take initiative and work independently without constant direction

Positive attitude and pride in quality of work

Preferred but not required Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

BLS Certification

Experience with EMR systems

3+ years taking vital signs and patient care documentation

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform front and back office duties including:

Answering phones, managing schedules, confirming appointments

Checking patients in/out, verifying membership eligibility, and collecting fees

Drawing blood, administering EKGs, checking vital signs, and obtaining medical histories

Maintain high standards in documentation, both written and verbal

Demonstrate excellent in-person and phone etiquette

Promote practice model of care and help patients navigate resources and referrals

Follow through on tasks with attention to detail and strong time management

Can work independently

Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and good hygiene

Cultivate a proactive, learning-focused mindset to grow in clinical and operational knowledge
