Customer Account Specialist
Must have good phone, and computer experience.
At least 2 year’s experience, inbound call center experience Heavy Phones & Multitasking.
SAP Experience is a huge plus - Must be Comfortable with email and Chat going at the same time. High Call volume
Basic Excel - just entering information.
The software we work out of are SAP and SalesTool- not required
strong presence on the phone, SAP experience is a plus, inbound and outbound CS experience is required. Business casual dress, the ability to type 45 wpm, compose professional emails, chats and able to do admin tasks needed in the CSR department. Multi-tasking is a must.

Duties:
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
