Temp to Perm Placement - Customer Service Specialist Quote Specialist
We are looking for a customer service rep /support position. It’s entry level and they will be responsible for quotes, processing purchase orders, responding to emails, and answering customers over the phone.
We would like for someone to have customer service experience communicating with customers over the phone and in email. As well as computer knowledge, and working knowledge on programs such as, Word, Excel. Attention to detail is a must.
Once trained they will have their own office. Must be able to work independently and with a team and be assertive and ask questions. Great atmosphere and company does a lot to motivate and appreciate their employees
Dress is Casual. Jeans are okay and nice top. (no holes in jeans allowed, no mid drifts, no spaghetti straps)
This is not a remote position they will be required to come into work the hours are 8:30 – 5:00 pm with 30 minutes to an hour non-paid lunch.
Pay Rate $17
