Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role operates in a structured, fast-paced sales environment with clearly defined daily expectations and a strong focus on consistency, accountability, and professionalism.
You will connect with exhibitors from a provided show call list to sell exhibit flooring, I&D (installation and dismantle) labor. Success in this role requires effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to perform reliably within established processes and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 50–75 outbound sales calls daily using a provided exhibitor call list.
• Maintain consistent daily activity levels, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and quote generation.
• Build relationships with new and prospective clients while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and close sales via phone and email.
• Generate quotes, send required paperwork, and follow up on all open quotes for new and existing business.
• Accurately document all call activity, customer information, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Complete daily detailed end-of-day report and update sales tracking tools as required.
• Meet or exceed individual and show-specific sales goals.
Expectations
• Manage time responsibly and effectively to ensure all daily and weekly duties are completed consistently.
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong organization, and accountability in all client interactions and internal reporting.
This role is best suited for individuals who perform well with clear expectations, defined processes, and consistent daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience required (trade show or event experience is a plus).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong phone presence with a clear, friendly, and professional speaking voice.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain focused and on task throughout the workday.
• Proficient with computers, including email systems and Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is important, with the ability to work comfortably in spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and organization.
