Temp to Hire Counter Sales M-F 9-5 $15.00 plus commission
1. Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions
2. Sales: Taking orders, processing payments, and creating sales orders
3. Organization: Keeping the sales counter clean and organized, and organizing product displays
4. Communication: Answering phone calls and emails, and communicating features, benefits, and warranty information to customers
5. Follow up: Following up on orders to prevent delays, and assisting and resolving customer complaints
6. Collaboration: Working with other team members to achieve sales goals
Counter sales representatives typically need a high school diploma or GED, but some employers may prefer candidates with more education or qualifications. They should also have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to use a computer for data entry and business applications.
