We are seeking an Order Management Specialist and Marketing to utilize his/her prior experience with the order management process.

Job Description

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

· Quote preparation in Infor ERP system for machinery, upgrades, freight

· End-to-end order management for machinery and upgrades

- Order entry: PO ireview, SOii updates

- Order confirmations

- Invoices & credit notes

- Data recordkeeping: SNiii, install location, service dates, PMiv, project #, TDSv, install “yes/no”

· Logistics coordination for machinery and upgrades

- Freight quote requests from forwarders

- Shipping documents (CIvi&DNvii), HTS numbers, compliance forms

- Shipment tracking

· Purchasing

- Placing orders with internal vendors for machinery & upgrades (inc. TDS collection)

- Order confirmations: requests, entries, price check, filing

- Inventory receipts for machines and upgrades

- Stock inventory sheet upkeeping (Demo & Inventory list)

· Work orders for in-house upgrades

- WOviii preparation & review with service manager

- Retrofit kit purchasing & tracking

- Retrofit kit list upkeeping

- Infor inventory adjustments

· Maintaining machine & upgrade pricing in Infor-Maintaining machine pricing means updating the price according to a specific conversion rate EUR/USD

· Maintaining Atlanta machine inventory list

· Conduct and manage trade shows in the Americas.-Probably, one time per year
