We are looking for a customer service rep /support position. It’s entry level and they will be responsible for quotes, processing purchase orders, responding to emails, and answering customers over the phone. This is not a remote position they will be required to come into work the hours are 8:30 – 5:00 pm with 30 minutes to an hour non-paid lunch. We sell HEPA filters for clean rooms and biological safety cabinets and we will train we do not expect anyone with experience in this area.
We would like for someone to have customer service experience communicating with customers over the phone and in email. As well as computer knowledge, and working knowledge on programs such as, Word, Excel and Microsoft office. Attention to detail is a must. This is a very niche on what we sell HEPA filters for laboratories and clean rooms all training on the product will be provided.
