Residential Real Estate Closing Firm in Alpharetta, GA is looking to add a Pre-Closer to their team. They Will Train !!!
Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, sending/requesting/uploading documents.
1-2 years office experience
Basic computer and phone skills
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word
Must have professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills
Fast learner, trainable
Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
$15.00 - Temp to Perm
128 hours PTO/year (accrued), 401K, Healthcare ($265/month paid by employer), Dental, Vision.
