This role is 100% on campus. The scheduled hours are typically 9 am until 5 pm (M – F).
• Managing the Applicant Tracking System (posting the jobs, removing positions, dispositioning applicants, etc.)
• Pre-Screening Applicants
• Forwarding documents to hiring manager for interviews
• Forward requests for “offers” to the Chief Operations Officer
• Manage Certifications
• Find resources (job fairs, job boards, etc.) for staffing
• Scheduling interviews for hiring manager
• Develop a plan for ongoing check-in with new hires (30, 60, 90 day markers)
• Contribute to a plan for employee retention
• Plan and Manage in-house Job Fairs
Other Administrative Duties
• Creative Staff Activities/Development/Morale Boosters/Awards
• Provide additional administrative duties for the HR Coordinator
• Other duties as assigned
• Aid the staff with HR inquiries/Resetting Passwords
• Back up for the HR Coordinator
Helpful education, skills and qualifications
• Great Energy/Enjoys interacting with all types of personalities
• Prefers Experience in Intellectual Developmental & Disabilities (IDD) or state/Medicaid funded service programs
• Deadline driven
• Strong aptitude for details
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• At lease Intermediate Skill in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
