Direct Hire - 50-70k base The sales role is a combination of fixed and variable pay. Base Pay + KPI Bonus + Commission. (Healthcare, Customer Service, Industrial, Operations experience welcome. It takes a while to get up to speed on the products and the industry so they would prefer someone close by that is going to be around long-term. They should also be self-motivated. )

We are actively seeking a driven individual for the role of Inside Sales Consultant. Our target market is highly regulated and developed with specific needs unique to the healthcare sector. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that our representatives can effectively address these specialized requirements. This is a full-time on-site position located in Suwanee, Georgia.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer accounts, and supporting all sales and prospecting activities for assigned territory.

Essential Job Functions:

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

• Establish and maintain meaningful client relationships.

• Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client needs.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and ERP.

• Up to 10% business travel may be required. - For out of state for Trade Shows

• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, CRM/ERP software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or some college in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to lift up to 30-40 pounds occasionally.

• Sit for long periods of time working at a desk.
