Base Salary: $53,000–$57,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission: Average monthly commissions ranging from $300–$2,500+

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced sales environment and values consistency, accountability, and clear expectations.
In this position, you’ll work with a provided exhibitor call list to sell exhibit flooring and I&D (installation and dismantle) labor for trade shows and events. You’ll play a key role in helping exhibitors prepare for successful shows while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
Make 50–75 outbound sales calls per day using a provided exhibitor call list
Maintain consistent daily sales activity, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and quote preparation
Build and develop relationships with new prospects while growing and managing existing accounts
Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and services
Close sales efficiently via phone and email
Prepare quotes, send required documentation, and follow up on all open opportunities
Accurately log call activity and customer details in internal systems
Complete daily end-of-day reports and update sales tracking tools
Meet or exceed individual and show-specific sales goals

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or sales experience (trade show or event experience is a plus)
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Confident phone presence with clear, friendly, and professional communication
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience is important, including working within spreadsheets for tracking and reporting

1–3 years: 80 hours annually (20 hours per quarter)
4–5 years: 104 hours annually (26 hours per quarter)
