<p>We are a small, team-oriented office seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator. This role serves as a primary point of contact for many of our customers and plays a key role in supporting our outside sales team by scheduling appointments, handling inbound calls, and assisting with order entry.</p>&#13;
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>&#13;

Often within our industry where field operations generate invoices, a Field Invoicing and Auditing Clerk is on-site and works closely with the project management team and reports to the Director of Operations.</p>&#13;
<p>Here's a detailed breakdown of the roles and responsibilities:</p>&#13;
<p>1. Invoicing Responsibilities</p>&#13;
<p>&middot; Prepare and Issue Invoices: Generate invoices based on field provided documents, third-party invoices, and field purchase receipts.</p>&#13;
<p>&middot; Verify Billing Information: Check customer details, contract terms, and rate sheet pricing before issuing invoices.</p>&#13;
<p>&middot; Coordinate with Field Staff: Confirm services rendered, materials used, and hours worked to ensure accurate billing.</p>&#13;
<p>&middot; Track Payment Status: Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients or the accounts receivable team.</p>&#13;
