<p>APPROVALS Collections Caller Location: Buford, Georgia</p>&#13;

<p>&bull;High volume outbound calls daily</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Ability to pivot between collections and approvals</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Minimum of 1 year of high-volume outbound collections experience</p>&#13;

<p>Temp-to-Hire Pay Range: $18â$20 per hour (or more based on experience)</p>&#13;
<p>Schedule: Monday â Friday, 8:00 a.m. â 5:00 p.m. Account Collections and Customer Servicing**</p>&#13;
<p>o Make 60-80 calls daily to customers regarding payment status of outstanding invoices</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Ensure the aging report is adequately contacted to maintain contacts with any outstanding account balances</p>&#13;
<p>o Provide customers with copies of invoices, documents as needed</p>&#13;
<p>o Facilitate payments from customers, including taking credit card information, providing bank/ACH information or remit to information</p>&#13;
<p>o Document customer interactions and collections efforts to maintain an effective record of collection attempts</p>&#13;
<p>o Serve as an advocate for our customer account service needs while proving the companyâs value to the customer</p>&#13;
<p>o Address and resolve service/shipping/quality/warranty issues and questions</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Enter warranty RMAs as needed, addressing customerâs concerns with warranties</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Enter credit request activities to be sent through the credit review process with GM/Operations manager review</p>&#13;
<p>o Communicate to customer the value of our services, demonstrate our ability to respond to customerâs needs, that differentiate us from competitors</p>&#13;
<p>o Overcome any servicing objections and obstacles to continue the payment cycle</p>&#13;
<p>o Build long-term relationships with our customers to enhance retention</p>&#13;
<p>o Engage appropriate resources in order to address customerâs needs</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Back up Accounting Associate functions (cross trained upon successful competency in system and account collections functions), may include:</p>&#13;
<p>o Customer invoicing</p>&#13;

<p>A Staff Accountant maintains general ledgers, reconciles accounts, and</p>&#13;

<p>month-end closing, and tax filings. This role requires strong Excel</p>&#13;

<p>Core Responsibilities</p>&#13;

<p>General Ledger & Reporting: Maintain the general ledger, prepare</p>&#13;
<p>monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.</p>&#13;
<p>Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general</p>&#13;
<p>ledger accounts monthly.</p>&#13;
<p>Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end/year-end closing process,</p>&#13;
<p>including journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation.</p>&#13;
<p>Accounts Payable/Receivable: Code invoices, verify deposits, and</p>&#13;
<p>manage AR collections.</p>&#13;
<p>Compliance & Audit: Ensure financial transactions comply with GAAP,</p>&#13;
